Field Investigators

All Lavellan Field Investigators receive comprehensive training in investigation as well as designing, and delivering solutions for all types of pests. Our investigators are the face of our company and must possess amazing customer service skills.  Working independently from their company vehicle, investigators must be physically fit, able to easily and frequently lift, bend and/or crawl. All applicants are required to submit a clean driver’s abstract. Once hired, as part of their training, all investigators are required to obtain their Alberta Structural Pesticide Applicator's certification, Special Exterior Rodent certification, Ladder Safety and Fall Arrest certifications, Wildlife Control Operator certification, and Lavellan’s Field Investigator certification,

Office Administrator

The Office Administrator takes on the vital task of organizing and coordinating efforts between the Customer Service Representatives on the phones and the Investigators in the field, while also taking on many general office duties and responsibilities.  A friendly personality and a passion for organization are key attributes for this role.  A basic knowledge of human resources, computers, social media, telephone systems, sales, marketing, and spreadsheets would also be advantageous for the right applicant.

Customer Service Representatives

Our Customer Service Representative (CSR ) team makes up the front lines of our business.  Our CSRs are usually the first contact a client will have with our company and there is no taking back a first impression.  CSRs must be energetic and passionate individuals with excellent speaking, typing, and data-entry skills.  High attention to detail, patience, empathy, and a desire to help others are key attributes for this role.

All potential employees will be required to fill out and sign an Employment Application Form as well as submit to a Police Criminal Background Check.
