Cancellation Policy

At Lavellan Pest Solutions, we try to be as accommodating as possible with regards to changing or cancelling appointments. As there is only so much time in a day, and only so many inspectors in the field, our time is as important to us, as your time is to you.  

Once we set an appointment window, we respectfully refuse to take on other work for that period of time so that our inspectors are able to give your problem the undivided attention it deserves.  This means that if a person cancels their appointment on short notice, we have no guarantee that we can fill that time slot with another job, and this can result in a lot of lost income and wasted resources. As a small company, this can be devastating if it happens more than once in a while.  We do understand, however, that life can get complicated and sometimes situations arise that require changes in plans.

As a result, we have enacted the following cancellation policy.

There is no charge or penalty for any cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment window. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the service.
